Just wanted to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving and hope you all take a moment to be thankful for the RKDeemReport when you’re about to dig into some turkey. I’ll be thankful for a lot of things, but here’s the big ones that jump to mind:
Dear Turkey, I am thankful for:
My wife – It’s like the nicest most beautiful woman in the world thinks I’m cool and loves me, not sure how it happened, but I am thankful for it.
My kids – I’m sure everyone thinks their kids are special, actually, I hope all parents think theor kids are extremely special, but my kids are wild, wonderful, creatures. They were born with fine motors that just don’t stop. Explores! Adverturers!
Softball – May have been my favorite season so far, great group of guys who love playing the game as a team. Favorite moments was my go ahead homerun in the playoffs, Ed Miele’s homerun, and the ball that bounced out of one outfielder’s glove into Suda’s glove for a dynamite defensive play.
Pizza – I don’t tell pizza enough how much I love her. She’s just so good to me, it’s like the nicest most delicious food in the world and it thinks I’m cool and loves me back, not sure how it happened, but I am thankful for it.
Fantasy Football – I used to love watching the Eagles every Sunday, now I love watching every football game played and tomorrow there’s three games! Let’s all be thankful for Chris Johnson’s monster year and how I drafted him in both of my leagues – friend league and work league
Rock Band – For Dalia’s birthday, we all jammed out to the Beatles Birthday song from the White Album. “You Say Its YOUR BIRTHDAY..DANANANAANNANAH!”
Phillies – We lost the World Series, but it was another great year. I had some leftover peanuts from the World Series game I attended, I ate them with my eyes closed earlier this week and I felt like I was at the game again.
Family – Thanks for all the help and support. Without family around, life would be scary.
Call of Duty 4 – Modern Warfare 2 – By the way, is it weird that it is Call of Duty 4/Modern Warfare 2? Why not just call it Call of Duty 6? The game gives me PTSD, but I freaking love it and I’m getting better.
Work – So happy to be working and working hard. No matter what ends up happening, proud of what I’ve accomplished and know I’m getting pretty good at what I do.
My readers – Thank you all for reading, you’re all good friends and I love the time we share. Looking forward to many more trips, parties, and adventures.
Have a rockin’ Thanksgiving! Gobble, Gobble, Gobble.
